What data we collect

• Booking details: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and any comments you send.
• Online check-in: identity document, nationality, date of birth, city, vehicle plate and companions, required to register guests.
• Payments are processed by Mercado Pago or PayPal: we do not receive or store your card details.
• Messages you send us by chat, WhatsApp or email.

What we use it for

To manage your booking, contact you about your stay, collect payments, comply with guest registration rules and answer your questions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except the services needed for those purposes (payments, email, booking channels).

How long we keep it

While your booking is active and afterwards for as long as tax and legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@amutuybariloche.com.ar. In Argentina, Law 25,326 protects personal data; the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority.

Cookies

This site only uses what is necessary to work (for example, remembering that you closed a notice). We do not use advertising cookies.
